Superman & Batman

Ever since Max and Ava got super hero jammies a year ago or so, they love to pretend that Max is Superman and Ava is Batman. It's so cute. Ava has gotten into the habit of saying, "Mommy, I want you to call me Batman FOREVER!"

Sunset Portraits

One beautiful summer day, we headed out in the yummy sunset light and took portraits of our kids.

Playing dress up

Oh how my kids love to play dress up. We now have 2 huge boxes full of all kinds of dress up clothes, boys and girls. Ava will sometimes wear Max's stuff, but even funnier, Max will occasionally put on a princess dress. If I run across a photo of that, I'll be sure to put it on the blog. For now, enjoy these images from last summer.

Notice Lia is still crawling... and her leg is up. We call that her monkey crawl.

Trick or Treating

Finally, the last Halloween post! Most of our friends who came to the party stayed to trick-or-treat, so we had a big group. On to the pictures...

Quite a few people were giving out playdoh and other small toys instead of candy. Right on!
