More Wedding Photos

So Josh was disappointed that I didn't post more photos from our wedding the other day, so here are a few ultra-cheesy ones for you to enjoy :)

Yup, crooked and all... Check out my train though!

How sweet... the bride and groom in the window light...

Ooh!! The classic altar shot!

Oops... this one looks like a bad prom photo!

Okay, so I kinda like this one, but don't tell Josh :)

Blocks

So it kind of looks like all three of my kiddos are nicely playing blocks together. I wasn't actually here during the creation of this photograph, but my interpretation of the situation is as follows:

I bet Max is making an airplane... that's his favorite thing to build with blocks right now besides towers. He had to make sure and grab a bunch of green blocks too because his favorite color is green... well at least it has been his favorite color since the day Ava said it was HER favorite color...

Ava is probably also building an airplane because she loves to do everything that Max does.

And Lia, who knows how to crawl now and loves to eat every toy in sight (especially ones that Max or Ava are playing with at the moment), is plotting exactly how she's going to steal Max's blocks and Ava's blocks and how she can fit that many blocks in her mouth at once.

Or maybe they were just playing nicely... I guess we'll never know...

Look mom, no hands!

Lia is busy mastering the art of the sippy cup. Now that she can crawl (pictures coming soon!), she likes to motor her way over to Max or Ava's cup and steal a drink. But her favorite cups are the ones with the soft plastic top. She bites on it and holds it in her mouth...

Oops... wrong side :)

Max's haircut

So we decided to buzz Max's hair. We figured it couldn't be too hard. I cut Josh's hair with the clippers all the time. Max, however, was not too excited about the idea of us using 'big' clippers to cut his hair. I love the faces he was making during the whole process. I think he looks pretty cute with his new haircut.... What do you think?

And just for good measure, a couple of photos of Ava looking cute while Max got his haircut (Lia was napping).

6 Years, Baby!

Wow, I can't believe it was six years ago that I married my husband. We were practically still kids back then. (Seriously, look how young we look in this photo!) I never knew back then that he would 'grow up' into the man he is today. Honey, I love you and I'm so happy I married you :) (Sidenote: we just watched 4 episodes in a row of Lost and we have 1 more left before we are caught up, so tonight you only get to see my favorite wedding photo. I'll post the other ones soon...)

Can we say 'super-cheese'?

Snuggling

So I'm not gonna lie... I love to snuggle. Max is a great snuggler, he always has been. It's probably because when he was a baby I would just sit on the couch and snuggle him all day. Ava is not too much of a snuggler. She will only snuggle with you right after she wakes up. Lia's kind of my in-betweener. She will snuggle for a few minutes, but not too long. I'm trying to taking advantage now while they are still little. I know pretty soon they will be too old to want to snuggle with their mommy. Here's a snuggling shot of me and Lia that Josh took a couple days ago that I love.

Max

The other day Max went out with me to run errands and somehow a camera came along :). I asked him where he wanted to go for lunch and he said McDonalds. Luckily, I was able to convince him to go to Sonic instead by bribing him with a smoothie :). So we had a little picnic lunch in the back of the jeep at Sonic.

He was excited about his new airplane he got at Walmart. He was watching the propellers spin as they blew in the wind. (Yes, I took this photo while driving, BUT I waited until we pulled into the subdivision and I was only going about 10 miles an hour, AND I took it a-la-Josh, a no-looker :)

Genuine Expressions

These are the images of my kids I love the most. The ones where they are being nothing but themselves, no forced smiles. These are the portraits that are going to help me remember who they were at these moments in time.
